Created from one of our extraordinary hand-beaded silk velvet devoré shawls, this made-to-order dress is a true one-of-one Girl On A Vine piece.
The shawl itself is pure magic. Rich golden silk velvet florals and ornate golden details come alive over a sheer violet ground, intricately embellished by hand and finished with the most incredible hand-beaded fishnet tassel fringe.
Individually cut and draped to preserve the beauty and placement of the original shawl artwork, the dress features a softly draped V-neck bodice with delicate straps and an empire seam beneath the bust, shaping the silhouette before skimming the body into the shawl's dramatic pointed handkerchief hem.
The original golden velvet border and hand-beaded fishnet tassel fringe are preserved throughout the design — including the bodice and hem — creating incredible texture, movement and a little bit of magic with every step.
